Learn empowering pole dance classes with our incredible instructors no matter your skill level!

Pole Dance with Vanessa

This class is aimed at those that are new to Pole dancing. In this class you will learn to dance around the pole with style confidence and a side order of sass in a choreographed to music routine. You will also be introduced to floorwork so knee pads are advised. You can wear Pole specific heels to this class but you can also choose to go bare foot.

Classes will be based on biweekly choreos to a pre-selected song - songs and move requests are more than welcome!

Slink and Flow with Médéa

Sultry and sensual. Slinky and powerful. Our new Slink and Flow class will prioritise making you feel your sexiest whilst learning new moves and refining your own dance style. This is your chance to express yourself through rippling body rolls, hip-rolling walks and hair flicks that will leave you feeling sexy and with new tricks to explore in every choreo. Our classes will be based on biweekly choreos to a pre-selected track with song and move requests welcome, so you can feel hot gliding around to your favourite song, learning your dream move sequences! (Usually RnB with some pop, rap and angsty heavy metal mixed in 😋).

 

Examples of themes and areas we will explore are: walks, Edgework, freestyle, hand movements, eye contact, hip isolations, spin versus static, and many more! Pole specific heels are recommended but not required (please don’t wear ordinary heels!). You can of course come barefoot and knee pads will be recommended most weeks. You may be required to share a pole with another student (but you’ll have plenty of time to explore your sexiness, don’t worry!)

Pole Dance for Beginners with Destiny

This class is aimed at those who have completed the pole dance foundation course, or who have little to no knowledge and experience in pole dance. This is a choreo based class where each week, Destiny will break down in detail and teach you a brand new sexy choreographed pole routine. Knee pads are required for this class as there will sometimes be elements of floorwork within the routine and str!pper heels are recommended but not required.

Pole Dance for Intermediate+ with Destiny

This class is aimed at those who are ready to take the next step from beginner classes and feeling more confident in your pole abilities. This is a Choreo based class where each week, Destiny will break down in detail and teach you a brand new sexy choreographed pole routine focusing on learning new, harder moves. You do not need experience in pole fitness and no tricks are required from you to do this class. Knee pads are required as there will sometimes be elements of floorwork within the class and str!pper heels are recommended but not required.

Tricks and Techniques in Heels with Sheryl

For your own safety you must wear pole specific heels for this class. Make noise and feel empowered! In this class you will learn how to transition into different moves wearing pole specific heels. Adding the extra weight of pole heels is a full body workout and stamina improving class. For some of these classes you might need knee pads. It’s advised you bring some just in case. This class you will work on pole tricks you have learnt in your pole fitness class and also floor shapes and transitions in and around the base of the pole. You will also work on the fundamental techniques that are required to execute these moves in a safe manner. Knee Pads are a must for this class.
