Beginners / Improvers pole fitness with Carrie
You might be completely new to pole and don’t want to commit to the beginner's course. Or you might have already tried pole and want to develop your skills further. In this class you will continue to build your strength, flexibility and stamina. You will build the foundations of inverting, different climbing techniques and link your moves together.

Pole 4 U
Pole 4 U allows you to book a pole to work on your own goals. Please note that this is not a class and is a self training session.

Throwback Bangers Pole Dance with Vanessa
Step into your power and unleash your inner vixen. This class blends sensual movement, floorwork, and pole-based choreography into a fierce routine that oozes confidence and sass. Set to iconic throwback tracks you can’t help but sing along to, we’ll ride the nostalgia while you slink, spin, and strut like the main character you are. Expect juicy body rolls, playful attitude, and feel-good moves. Whether you’re channeling 90s diva energy or early-2000s pop royalty, this is your space to move boldly, laugh loudly, and feel irresistibly fierce in a safe and supportive environment.
Prerequisite: not suitable for beginners. Must have some prior pole dance experience and be comfortable with a pirouette and front hook.

Absolute beginners pole dance with Vanessa
Beginner Pole Dance – Strength, Flow & Confidence
New to pole? Or want to dip your toe into the world of pole dance. This beginner-friendly class will guide you through foundational moves, walks, spins, poses, and sensual floorwork—no experience needed. You’ll build strength, coordination, and confidence in a fun, supportive space. Wear whatever makes you feel good—shorts, leggings, or sweats. Barefoot is totally welcome, and heels are always optional. If you do choose to wear heels they must be pole specific heels. Please speak to your instructor if you are unsure.

Aerial Hoop - beginner to intermediate level with Pauline
Ever wanted to run away and join the circus? Learn the basics on all of our aerial equipment. Build the foundations of spinning, inverting, climbing and dangling from our hoop! This is is perfect for complete beginners or those with some experience to start with. This class is also perfect to cross train alongside pole to build strength.

Tricks and Technique in Heels with Sheryl
For your own safety you must wear pole specific heels for this class.
Make noise and feel empowered! In this class you will learn how to transition into different moves wearing pole specific heels. Adding the extra weight of pole heels is a full body workout and stamina improving class. For some of these classes you might need knee pads. It’s advised you bring some just in case. This class you will work on pole tricks you have learnt in your pole fitness class and also floor shapes and transitions in and around the base of the pole. You will also work on the fundamental techniques that are required to execute these moves in a safe manner.

Open Level Pole Fitness with Vanessa & Sheryl
This class is open level so is suitable for complete beginners up to more advanced polers. Your instructor will differentiate moves based on your ability.

Step up
Ever watched any early 2000’s dance movie or a dance break in a music video and thought, wow I wish I could move like that, but I have no idea where to start? Come to commercial hip-hop with Hades/Persephone and start right at the beginning where we will work on iconic dances from movies and music videos broken down simply and modified for every single ability level possible. Some weeks we will do bubblegum pink girly routines inspired by Britney Spears and others will get down and dirty like the cast of Magic Mike! Come and live out your dream of being Lady Gaga’s backup dancer in a safe, welcoming environment suitable for all ages and all levels.

Bend and Stretch with Lison
Are you looking to improve your flexibility? Our Bend and Stretch classes aim to provide you with a full body stretch in a calm and relaxing environment.

Inter/advanced level Power Pole with Sheryl
This class is for those with pole fitness experience aimed at the intermediate and above level. Power Pole includes lots of strengthy tricks and combos. This class is not suitable for beginners. Please contact the studio if you are unsure if this class is suitable for you.
You must be strong in a butterfly, invert and flatline to attend this class.

Pole Dance for Beginners with Destiny
This class is aimed at those who have completed the pole dance foundation course, or who have little to no knowledge and experience in pole dance. This is a choreo based class where each week I will break down in detail and teach you a brand new sexy choreographed pole routine. Knee pads are required for this class as there will sometimes be elements of floorwork within the routine and str!pper heels are recommended but not required.

Pole Dance for Intermediate+ with Destiny
This class is aimed at those who are ready to take the next step from beginner classes and feeling more confident in your pole abilities. This is a Choreo based class where each week I will break down in detail and teach you a brand new sexy choreographed pole routine focusing on learning new, harder moves. You do not need experience in pole fitness and no tricks are required from you to do this class. Knee pads are required as there will sometimes be elements of floorwork within the class and str!pper heels are recommended but not required. You may be required to share a pole.

Kids Aerial (5+) Superstars with Vanessa & Sheryl
Kids Aerial classes are a fantastic way to improve a child's confidence, strength, flexibility and overall fitness. This class is perfect for complete beginners wanting to try something new. It’s also ideal for budding young dancers, gymnasts and performers looking to add another discipline to their CV. The equipment changes on a weekly rota. One week could be silks, hoop or pole. Please make sure the week it is pole your child has shorts with them to help with skin grip.

Insta tricks with Vanessa & Sheryl

Insta Tricks is a fun, fast-paced pole class dedicated to learning eye-catching, stand-alone tricks that look amazing on camera. Each week, you’ll learn a selection of photogenic shapes, spins, and poses—perfect for Instagram or simply for celebrating your progress. This class focuses on tricks that don’t require full routines or advanced combinations. You’ll work on clean lines, confident holds, and angles that showcase your strength and style. Whether you're completely new to pole or already experienced, variations and progressions will be offered so everyone can learn at their own pace.

Floor Flow & Tricks with Lison
This class is perfect for all levels, including complete beginners!
In Floor Flow & Tricks, we’ll explore floorwork tricks and seamlessly weave them into choreography. Each session starts with breaking down the trick into regressions and progressions, ensuring it suits every level. Over two weeks, we’ll build and refine a full choreo piece. You’ll develop your own unique style by combining strength, flexibility, sensuality, and sass. Along the way, you’ll master tricks, transitions, and fluid floor movements.
What to bring: Kneepads, pole heels, or socks to slide effortlessly across the floor and whatever outfit you feel most comfortable in!
