Aerial
Aerial fitness is a fun and challenging way to improve your strength, flexibility, and overall fitness. We offer several types of aerial classes, including: Aerial Hoop, Silks and Cube
Stretch
Our group stretch classes aim is to help blend the strengthening of muscles with stretches to improve balance mobility, flexibility and strength. Regular stretching can help improve your range of motion, alongside mental and physical health benefits.
Dance
We have a variety of different dance classes suitable for absolute beginners to more experienced dancers. Some of our classes include heels, floorwork, pole and chair. We also hold separate classes for kids on Saturday mornings.
