Pole Fitness Classes
Aerial Hoop and Silks Classes
Aerial fitness is a fun and challenging way to improve your strength, flexibility, and overall fitness. We offer several types of aerial classes, including: Aerial Hoop, Silks and Cube








Stretch Classes
Our group stretch classes aim is to help blend the strengthening of muscles with stretches to improve balance mobility, flexibility and strength. Regular stretching can help improve your range of motion, alongside mental and physical health benefits.
Dance Classes
We have a variety of different dance classes suitable for absolute beginners to more experienced dancers. We also hold separate classes for kids on Saturday mornings. Some of our classes include heels, floorwork, pole, chair, hip-hop and commercial.

Kids Aerial Classes
The "Superstars" take over on a Saturday morning. We have dance, stretch and aerial classes suitable for all levels, ages 5 to 16. We aim to provide fun and exercise to develop overall confidence, increase fitness and promote body positivity.
