What do I wear to class?
For a Pole Fitness class - Shorts and a t-shirt

For a Pole Dance class - Wear whatever makes you feel confident.
Kneepads are recommended and pole specific heels if you have them. You can also do the class barefoot.

For an Aerial class - Leggings and a t-shirt
What level class should I attend?
If you have never done pole or aerial before, attend our beginners classes or courses.

If you have some experience, speak to one of our instructors who will recommend a class that suits your ability!
Is there a weight limit for classes?
Absolutely not!

Our pole and aerial classes are for all body types. We pride ourselves on creating a safe environment where everyone feels comfortable.
Do I need to be strong, go to the gym or lose weight to start?
Nope! We build on your strength every class. Pole and aerial is hard but achievable for everyone.
You don't need to go to the gym first, or lose weight. We'll build your strength as we go.
Do you teach men?
We teach everyone. We pride ourselves on creating a safe environment that allows everybody to feel comfortable and accepted.
