Hoop
Our Aerial hoop class involves using a suspended metal hoop to perform a variety of exercises, tricks and dance moves. The classes are designed to help build strength, co-ordination and confidence.

From absolute beginner to experienced hoopers we have something for everyone and tailor the class dependant on your skill level.
Silks
Suspending yourself from our aerial silks is a fun and challenging way to improve your strength and flexibility. We will guide you through different moves and techniques to build your confidence and skills, teaching you to climb, wrap, pose and create sequences. Silks are suitable for everyone from 5 to 105.
