Sass-isfaction is a choreography-based workshop where we learn my signature performance style. It’s full of energy, sass, personality and dynamics, giving main character energy. Knee pads are essential. Pole specific heels (pleaser, hella heels) are optional. Prerequisites: this class is open level, however beginners must have a few beginner pole classes under their belt, understanding basic muscle engagement and performing spins such as fireman, step around and chair.
